MY BACK STORY
With over 17 years of experience in the Recruitment Industry, where I predominantly honed my skills in the Tech space, I have decided to give back to this amazing community. Before embarking on a career in recruitment, I taught school children in London 👩🏼‍🏫, operated a ski chairlift in the USA 🏂🏼, and taught scuba diving in Southeast Asia & E Africa 🤿.

In early 2019, I launched my Talent Sourcing Training Business and have been constantly challenged and fulfilled. I am passionate about elevating the standard of sourcing globally, with a key focus on Africa. 🌍 Due to the massive demand for my training, I launched my Online Academy, version 1.0, in 2023. My dream is to train Recruiters and Talent Sourcers to find Talent more effectively and efficiently
