Thom Alascio, Sr. Partner, Founded Palermo Rhodes in 2011 after having spent 14 years with Nationally Recognized search firm Peterson Consulting Group in South Florida, the last 6 of which as Managing Partner of the firms Engineered Products and Consulting Engineering divisions.
Prior to joining Peterson Consulting Thom was a Beverage manager for Ocean Grill inc, PGA National and Disney Village properties.

Thom has been recognized as a top search consultant in both the industry he works and executive recruiting as a whole. He is a highly skilled, tenacious and professional executive recruiter with deep connection in Engineered Products and Engineering Consulting. He enjoys giving back to the industry and enjoys speaking at meetings and mentoring new and old recruiters alike.

In his spare time Thom enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and myriad of furry friends. He is also an avid rugby player and, depending on the weather skis and surfs.
