Ranjith Kumar Reddy Ravula

Ranjith is an entrepreneur who started his journey in 2015 by launching a limousine business. When competition from Uber made it tough to succeed, he had to close that venture. After facing challenges finding work in accounting, Ranjith found a temporary job in IT staffing as an accountant which inspired him to start Raks Group.

Raks Group faced many ups and downs in the beginning, including financial struggles. However, Ranjith’s determination and willingness to learn helped him turn things around. Through networking on LinkedIn he built a strong business network.

By 2022, Raks Group had grown to generate $4 million in revenue, allowing Ranjith to pay off debts and expand his business. His leadership has led to significant achievements, including awards for being one of the fastest-growing companies. In 2023, Raks Group was recognized as the 1st fastest-growing small company by ITServe Alliance, and in 2024, it ranked 14th in the Inc. Mid-Atlantic Regionals.
