After working with three search firms, Pino felt he could provide a more reliable and ethical hiring service. In the spring of 2014, Pino founded The Staffing Alternative. Since then, he has successfully placed hundreds of temporary and permanent human resources professionals with dynamic organizations throughout Toronto and Montreal. Pino is personally involved in the entire recruitment process. From the initial consultation with an employer to sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants, to negotiating sophisticated compensation packages, Pino guides, leads, and supports passive and active jobseekers to their next great career opportunity.
