I am a 2008 National Tennis Champion who started as a Paralegal. I fell in love with the legal field and thought I found my ideal career. I got burned out with no work/life/balance stumbled into the IT/Cybersecurity industry and entered Recruiting. This was a new language, but before I knew it I fell in love with Recruiting and have been doing it since 2017. I never had anyone lay out a blueprint for me, and I have had to develop my own processes the entire way.
