Emma has over 20 years Talent Acquisition and Talent Management experience working for organisations such as Unilever, Sky and Mars. Emma is passionate about supporting and developing members to help them reach their full potential and in her role as Managing Director leads The Talent Labs team to enable this. In her spare time Emma is kept very busy with three kids, two cats and a house renovation.
