Cari Kraft is the president and CEO of Jacobs Management Group, one of the longest standing Executive Recruiting firms with a specialty in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Diagnostics industries. Ms. Kraft personally recruits for executive level positions and leads a team of master recruiters with over 100 years of combined recruiting experience. Jacobs Management Group and has worked with hundreds of clients and thousands of candidates nationwide.

Prior to acquiring Jacobs Management Group, Ms. Kraft led the Sales and Marketing growth in the technology field holding titles such as Managing Director, Director of Business Development, Director of Marketing and Senior Consultant. Ms. Kraft is a University of Pennsylvania/ Wharton alumnus holding degrees in economics and decision sciences.

In addition to leading Jacobs Management Group, Ms. Kraft is also the publisher of Healthcare Sales and Marketing Magazine (Life Science Publication) and Healthcare Headlines (Life Science Bi-Weekly NewsBrief) and a co-founder of Experts OnTap (Life Science Expert Staffing and Consulting). Ms. Kraft is very involved with the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and is currently the Global Chair of the Career Transformations Affinity Group. Ms. Kraft has held additional board titles in the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, as well as on the Society for Information Management Professionals, the Abington Arts Center, Kesher Shalom, Scrap, and The Garden of Eve.
